1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or near expiry

- Perishable goods (milk, fruits, vegetables, bakery items, etc.)
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales
3. Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be replaced with the same item (subject to availability)
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
- Replacement requests are processed after verification
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Approved return requests
- Out-of-stock replacement items
- Cancelled orders (before dispatch)

5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via phone or email
- Provide order details and issue (with photos if required)
- Our team will verify and guide you through the process
๐ Pickup or return handling depends on location availability.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
- Refund eligibility depends on order status
7. Important Notes
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Refunds/replacements are subject to verification by our team
- Abuse of return policy may lead to refusal of future requests
